Total vinyl thickness is 0.040" (1.2mm) with a 0.030" (0.76mm) back panel and a 0.010" (0.25mm) front panel. Sized for oversized horizontal name badges and printed inserts larger than a standard CR80 card.

The notched front panel allows quick credential removal by hand without tools. The thicker back panel provides structural support to keep large-format inserts from folding or sagging during extended wear, while the thinner front panel stays flexible for easy insertion.
