The Evolis A5024 DustClean Kit contains 40 pre-saturated cleaning wipes in individual sealed pouches for exterior surface, optic, and sensor cleaning on most Evolis printer models.
Each individually sealed pouch contains one isopropyl-saturated lint-free wipe. The sealed format prevents evaporation between cleaning sessions, so every wipe delivers the correct level of saturation regardless of how long the kit has been open. The wipes clean the printer exterior, card input and output slots, optics, and sensors without scratching or leaving lint.
Evolis recommends wiping optics and sensors during every cleaning cycle to prevent misreads caused by dust accumulation. For card path and print head cleaning, pair with the appropriate adhesive card kit and cleaning swabs for your printer model.
