The HID FARGO Connect Enabled DTC4500e with dual-side lamination, part number 078041 (also listed as 78041), pairs HID's FARGO Connect cloud card-issuance platform with the DTC4500e's dual-side simultaneous lamination module and an integrated OMNIKEY 5127 encoder covering 13.56 MHz iCLASS, MIFARE, and DESFire contactless credentials plus 125 kHz HID Prox. Card offices design templates, capture data, and issue encoded, laminated credentials from any supported device - no printer drivers or workstation software.

The hardware is the same high-volume DTC4500e engine: 300 dpi dye-sublimation color, a 200-card dual input hopper, SmartScreen display, and standard AES-256 encryption with resin scramble data protection. The lamination module bonds durable overlaminates to both sides of the card at once for multi-year, tamper-evident credentials; HID recommends 30-40 mil composite cards in the lamination module.
