The Evolis S10386 Touch Screen LCD Display Installation Kit adds a touchscreen LCD to an Evolis Primacy 2 ID card printer. Evolis offers the Primacy 2 with or without the LCD screen and lists the Touch Screen LCD display as an option, so this kit is the route to that display on a printer that shipped without it. The kit contains the display and its panel.
On the printer, the screen reports operating status and displays QR codes: when the printer needs attention, it puts a QR code on screen that an operator scans to reach the matching instructions, which makes routine maintenance and error handling considerably faster than reading an LED code. Before ordering, confirm your printer is a Primacy 2 - this kit is not for the original Primacy, Zenius or other Evolis models - and note that Evolis specifies this kit is installed by an Evolis Repair Center (ERC) partner, so contact us to arrange fitting.
