Description
The Entrust 525100-004 YMCKT color ribbon kit is designed for Entrust Datacard (formerly Sigma) DS1, DS2, and DS3 direct-to-card printers. Its full-length yellow, magenta, cyan, black resin, and clear topcoat panels produce full-color card images, crisp black text and barcodes, and a protective topcoat. Each roll provides up to 500 YMCKT panel sets.
One complete YMCKT panel set is used for each printed side. The ribbon therefore produces up to 500 single-sided full-color cards or approximately 250 double-sided full-color cards when both sides receive the complete YMCKT image. This practical yield distinction helps teams plan supplies accurately.
RFID communication allows compatible Datacard DS series printers to recognize genuine Entrust supplies and adjust for the installed ribbon. Each kit includes one ribbon, one isopropanol cleaning card, and one adhesive cleaning roller, allowing routine cleaning supplies to be replaced with each ribbon change. Additional cleaning supplies are available separately.
