Description
The Entrust 525100-010 KTT print ribbon kit is designed for Entrust Sigma DS1, DS2, and DS3 direct-to-card printers. Each sequence combines one black resin panel for monochrome text, barcodes, and graphics with two clear topcoat panels for applications that require two separate protective topcoat passes.
The manufacturer rates the ribbon for up to 750 panel sets. Finished-card yield depends on how the black and two topcoat panels are assigned in the card design, so the 750 figure should be treated as the maximum number of complete KTT sequences rather than an automatic count for every double-sided layout.
Sigma printers use RFID to identify compatible genuine Entrust supplies and apply ribbon-specific settings. Each print ribbon kit includes one ribbon, one isopropanol cleaning card, and one adhesive cleaning roller so routine cleaning supplies can be replaced with each ribbon change.
