Description
The Entrust 525100-014 KT print ribbon kit is designed for Entrust Sigma DS1, DS2, and DS3 direct-to-card printers. Each sequence pairs a black resin panel for monochrome text, barcodes, and graphics with a clear topcoat panel that protects the printed card surface.
The manufacturer rates the ribbon for up to 1,000 KT panel sets, which equals up to 1,000 printed and topcoated card sides. A double-sided card that uses the complete KT sequence on both sides consumes two panel sets and therefore yields approximately 500 finished cards.
Sigma printers use RFID to identify compatible genuine Entrust supplies and apply ribbon-specific settings. Each print ribbon kit includes one ribbon, one isopropanol cleaning card, and one adhesive cleaning roller so routine cleaning supplies can be replaced with each ribbon change.
