Description
The Entrust 525100-001 YMCKT color ribbon kit is designed for Entrust Sigma DS1, DS2, and DS3 direct-to-card printers. Its five full-length 98 mm panels combine yellow, magenta, cyan, black resin, and a clear topcoat. The color panels produce photo-quality images, while the black resin panel supports crisp text and precise barcodes. The clear topcoat helps resist image fading and protects the printed card surface. Each roll provides up to 250 YMCKT panel sets.
This genuine Entrust ribbon supports single- or double-sided card printing. The 250-print rating is based on one complete YMCKT panel set per printed side. It can produce up to 250 single-sided full-color cards; printing full color on both sides uses two panel sets per card and produces approximately 125 double-sided full-color cards. RFID communication enables compatible Sigma printers to recognize the ribbon automatically and supports the smart ribbon functions of the Sigma issuance system. Each kit includes one ribbon, one isopropanol cleaning card, and one adhesive cleaning roller, allowing routine cleaning supplies to be replaced when the ribbon is changed.
The 525100-001 is supplied as a ribbon roll kit. Entrust specifies the exclusive use of genuine print ribbons with Sigma DS Series printers. Additional cleaning cards and rollers are available separately for ongoing printer maintenance.
