Description
The Entrust 525100-005 YMCKT-KT print ribbon kit is designed for Entrust Sigma DS2 and DS3 direct-to-card printers. Its yellow, magenta, cyan, black resin, and clear topcoat panels print a full-color card front, while the second black resin and clear topcoat panels print and protect monochrome content on the reverse side.
The manufacturer rates the ribbon for up to 350 panel sets. Because each sequence includes the panels needed for a full-color front and a black-resin, topcoated back, it can produce up to 350 completed double-sided cards in that configuration without cutting the stated yield in half.
Sigma printers use RFID to identify compatible genuine Entrust supplies and apply ribbon-specific settings. Each print ribbon kit includes one ribbon, one isopropanol cleaning card, and one adhesive cleaning roller so routine cleaning supplies can be replaced with each ribbon change.
