Description
The Entrust 525100-023 WTT print ribbon kit is designed for Entrust Sigma DS1, DS2, and DS3 direct-to-card printers. Each sequence combines one white resin panel for white text and graphics with two clear topcoat panels for applications that require two separate protective topcoat passes.
The manufacturer rates the ribbon for up to 650 panel sets. Finished-card yield depends on how the white and two topcoat panels are assigned in the card design, so the 650 figure should be treated as the maximum number of complete WTT sequences rather than an automatic count for every double-sided layout.
Sigma printers use RFID to identify compatible genuine Entrust supplies and apply ribbon-specific settings. Each print ribbon kit includes one ribbon, one isopropanol cleaning card, and one adhesive cleaning roller so routine cleaning supplies can be replaced with each ribbon change.
