The Evolis LVA038NAA Clear Varnish Ribbon offers a protective layer for ID cards, enhancing their durability and resistance to water and chemicals. Compatible with the Primacy2 Lamination and Avansia Lamination ID card printers, this ribbon applies a continuous clear varnish that covers cards edge-to-edge, suitable for both single and dual-sided applications. Each roll provides up to 1200 prints, ensuring extensive use. The varnish, with a thickness of 2.7 microns, offers excellent adhesion to PVC or composite card surfaces, although it is not suitable for use with smart contact cards or magnetic stripe cards.
