Description
The Evolis Zenius Classic (ZN1U0000RS) is a single-sided direct-to-card dye-sublimation ID card printer. It prints full-color CR80 cards at up to 150 cards per hour or 500 cards per hour in monochrome at 300 DPI resolution. The Zenius is Evolis's entry-level printer, designed for low to mid-volume card programs.
The printer uses drop-in ribbon cassettes with RFID auto-detection — the printer reads the ribbon type and configures print settings automatically. Includes cardPresso XXS Lite card design software, USB connectivity, and a 2-year warranty on the printer and printhead (requires Evolis HighTrust ribbons).
